Pakatan’s Malay Face Failed to Deliver the Goods!

Often when a sports team wants to reach the next level, they will go out and bring in veterans to help them achieve that goal.

That is exactly what Lim Kit Siang had done when he brought in Mat Sabu and Amanah as well as the ‘3 M’ package consisting of Tun Mahathir, former deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, Mukhriz Mahathir along with dwindling remains of Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM).

Having them on board was supposed to be Lim Kit Siang’s Pakatan opposition Key to the Malay vote and victory in the upcoming 14th general election.  But as happened previously, Pakatan Harapan’s Malay face (in the collective sense) failed to deliver the goods; the Malay crowd.

In the weeks and days leading up to the ‘Love Malaysia End Kleptocracy’ rally, DAP-led Pakatan most certainly got wind that the crowd size would be small, which is probably why they turned down using the stadium; it have been would have been too obvious.

Realizing that they did not have the numbers, Lim Kit Siang and company were probably hoping that the police would stop or interfere with their event.  In that way they could play victim and say that the masses were turned back thus having an excuse for the low turnout.

However the police allowed the event to take place without interference.  In doing so, it was very obvious that there was a weak turnout.  In addition to the events lack of size, the rally seemed to mirror Bersih in that it mainly the Chinese that show up.

However even that is not saying much as Lim Kit Siang also had trouble pulling in ‘his crowd.’

So the overall lack of numbers makes one think:

Was the small size of the crowd due to Malaysians getting tired of the same old rhetoric that Pakatan opposition spews whenever they have the chance?

Do Malaysians find it hypercritical that the very same DAP-led Pakatan that has organized the ‘Love Malaysia End Kleptocracy’ rally has within it ranks those who paint a negative picture Malaysia internationally as well as having ‘top dogs’ who been accused of kleptocracy?

Perhaps the message that was being sent to the DAP-led opposition is; first clean up your own house before accusing someone else of having a dirty house.

A dirty house (DAP-led Pakatan) along with dirty politics may be the reason why their Malay faces failed to do what they were brought into the coalition to do; deliver the goods (Malays)!

Why Does Mukhriz Need a Safe Seat; ‘ANSARA’!

When you look at the results of what happened after the ANSARA nominations, it becomes quite clear why Mukhriz needs a safe seat.

The latest news as reported by ‘Seademon’, is that Mukhriz Mahathir did not get a single nomination for (get this) any of the ANSARA posts.  That slight must have sent Mukhriz ego into a tailspin; especially given the fact that he’s incumbent President.

You would almost think that he would get at least one nomination for holding the position; but even one nomination was too much to ask as those who were making nominations know all too well of Mukhriz’s lack of performance.

Mukhriz’ job performance parallels that of Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin as written in yesterday’s piece entitled ‘The Strange Disappearance of Muhyiddin Yassin’ (Read it here).

As the constituents in Kedah know, the former Menteri Besar (Mukhriz Mahathir) is no stranger to disappearing.  It has become widely known that he spent more time in Kuala Lumpur than he did in serving the people in his constituency.   Not only that, but to add insult to injury; the talk is that even on those rare occasions when he was in Kedah, he was virtually ineffective.

His ineffectiveness is probably why Mukhriz received such an overwhelming (wink) number of ANSARA nominations.

Fortunately for Mukhriz, his being born into the Mahathir household is the reason why his political career has gotten as far as it has; he was a passenger in the Mahathir vehicle.  But that vehicle started running out of fuel when Tun Mahathir left office; which is why daddy could not save him from being dismissed as Kedah Menteri Besar.

There was and still is no way for Mukhriz to survive politically without riding on his father’s coat tail.  It was Tun Mahathir who in the pass could influence the direction of events.  Lim Kit Siang knew that and that is why he wanted Tun Mahathir and is only using Mukhriz as window dressing.

Does anyone think for a moment that Mukhriz is such a political strategist or is such a political heavy weight that he warranted the position of DAP-led Pakatan deputy vice president?  If he were such a political asset, he would have been re-nominated for the top ANSARA post or any of the other ANSARA posts.

Now think over this; if Mukhriz cannot get a single nomination for an ANSARA post, there is absolutely no way in the world he can win an election without dear old dad arranging a safe seat him.

Mukhriz needs a safe seat because he will be not electable without it.  He is like a man who has been given fish and never taught how to fish; without his father (Tun Mahathir), Mukhriz would starve politically.

That is why ANSARA is a perfect example to why Mukhriz Mahathir needs that safe seat which is said to be part of that RM1Billion package for Lim Kit Siang that everyone is talking about!

The Strange Disappearance of Muhyiddin Yassin!

It is strange how Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin who is supposed to be high up in the Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysian (PPBM) and DAP-led Pakatan Harapan pecking order has virtually vanished; just like those Billions that Tun Mahathir is fond of talking about.

Muhyiddin Yassin seems to continually find himself disengaged from what is taking place.  By way of example; during the latter period of his time as deputy Prime Minister, Muhyiddin Yassin would refer to the local newspapers to find out the latest news.

When one looks back at his tenure as deputy Prime Minister; Muhyiddin Yassin’s joining up with Tun Mahathir served in removing dead weight from UMNO; now he has become Mahathir’s.

When Tun Mahathir made Muhyiddin Yassin the PPBM President, it would have been the perfect opportunity for him to reinvent himself.  It could have been a showcase for him as President to take the fledgling political party and grow to revival UMNO; the party that he was removed from.  But Muhyiddin failed at the task; he still could not serve as the Malay magnet that even Lim Kit Siang hoped he could be.

One would think that as a former deputy Prime Minister, Muhyiddin Yassin would at the very least be able to be a magnet to get Tun Mahathir those million signatures the latter wanted.  However doing that time of need Muhyiddin Yassin was MIA (Missing in Action).

So now Muhyiddin is deputy President in the DAP-led Pakatan leadership structure.   As deputy President it seemed that his first task was to do what he has done while serving as deputy Prime Minister and President of PPBM; nothing of note.

It takes real talent or the complete absence of it to be a total non-factor when placed in a position or positions that would bring out the best in most people.

Or maybe Muhyiddin Yassin is serving his task; to be yet another Muslim face that Lim Kit Siang can parade around in his attempt to catch the Malay vote.  Other than that, Muhyiddin Yassin does not seem to have any relevancy on today’s political scene.

In fact, it was only after seeing a photo of the former deputy Prime Minister that I thought of Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin’s lack of presence on the political stage.

Or perhaps it is not strange if one considers that he is doing what he always does; disappears just like all those Billions that Tun Mahathir is so fond of talking about!

Lim Guan Eng Can’t Rescue Papa Lim From the Heat!

It seems that Lim Guan Eng is trying to deflect the heat off his father (Lim Kit Siang) by making a statement that UMNO and PAS are speaking the same language.

There seems to be little doubt that Lim Kit Siang has not had a moment of rest after Malaysia Today exposed the RM1 Billion bribe that he accepted from no other than Tun Mahathir.

After blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin posted the news of the alleged bribe, suspicion has surrounded Kit Siang to whether he had decided to sell the remainder of his dignity in exchange for a cushy life post politics; after all a politician’s salary pales in comparison to RM1 Billion.

Perhaps Lim Kit Siang sees the writing on the wall and realizes that it is almost ‘Game Over’ for DAP-led Pakatan and it might be a good time to feather his nest so to speak; and who can deny that RM1 Billion makes for a very comfortable nest!

Unfortunately the aged politician never thought that such a secret would ever see the light of day; in much the same way he thought that the secret pact between he and Tun Mahathir would never be exposed.

Remember the one where Mukhriz would become the Prime Minister and he would be the deputy Prime Minister / Finance Minister.

The following was taken from Malaysia Mail Online

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 3 —Tunku Abdul Aziz Tunku Ibrahim today challenged Datuk Muhkriz Mahathir and Lim Kit Siang to make statutory declarations denying a secret arrangement on their alleged ambitions for Putrajaya.

In case you missed it; click the link below to read the full article.

It seems that every time Lim Kit Siang and Tun Mahathir enter some sort of secret deal, it gets exposed before the ink has even dried on the agreement.

Now with the latest revelation that Tun Mahathir paid Lim Kit Siang for the DAP-led Pakatan chairmanship position and the assurance of a very winnable seat for Mukhriz; Kit Siang’s problems seem to be mounting.

So today it is of no surprise that Lim Guan Eng tried to deflect news away from his father troubles by saying that UMNO and PAS speak the same language.

Perhaps the whole point of Lim Guan Eng ‘News Flash’  is to try to create friction, backlash or tension between the two political parties for of all things ‘Speaking the same language’ of all things.  Call in the U.N Peace Keepers.

As has been mentioned before; PAS and UMNO are free to cooperate with whomever their beliefs and desire for the good of the nation lines up with.

In turn, Lim Guan Eng should not be upset that PAS does not want to join onto a Beer Festivals, Gay Parades or other similar activities which they have nothing in common.

Lim Guan Eng has to realize that he can’t rescue papa Lim from the heat is facing no more than Lim Kit Siang can’t rescue him from the inevitable.

Lim Kit Siang’s Future Expenditures Will Be Under a Microscope!

Lim Kit Siang’s Future Expenditures Will Be Under a Microscope!

The delimma that Lim Kit Siang now faces is that all his future expenditures will be looked at under a financial microscope.

You see, there is a problem that accompanies suddenly coming into a lot of money; people will want to know where the money came from.  The questions they will ask will be much like those Tun Mahathir asked with respect to the Middle East gift that Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak received.

Mahathir wanted to know the origin of not only the money from pruning to transfer and all the details and stops in between, but he wanted to know the ins, outs and why’s of the gift’s donor.

In essence, Mahathir wanted a proctologist type of exam carried out; and as things turned out the money was a gift.

So Lim Kit Siang may need to visit his buddy Anwar Ibrahim in Sungei Buloh prison to get some KY Jelley because he will have to explain any high ticket items that a politician could not afford given their salary.

How will Lim Kit Siang be able to explain a shift in lifestyle that resembles that of Mahathir and his family.

As Malaysia Today reported; Mahathir and his family’s wealth is beyond what he earned during his 22 years as Prime Minister.

On top of that Mahathir’s children are all billionaires and are listed in Forbes’ list of top 100 richest Malaysians. Mahathir himself has billions in investments all over the world, even in a hotel resort within walking distance from his house in Mines. And what about the horse ranch in Argentina and the numerous apartments in London worth tens of millions each?

Click the link below to read the full article.

Even if Lim Kit Siang says that the RM1 Billion is an inheritance that a Chinese emperor years passed left him; he would have to prove it in the same way Mahathir wanted to know the minute details of the Middle East (Saudi) gift.

Lim Kit Siang will not be able say that he won one or the combination of all the local lotteries because the odds of winning all of them would be astronomical.  In addition, it would have people believjnv that the winning numbers are chosen in advance.

Nevertheless all is not loss; there are options for Lim Kit Siang.  He can say the RM1 Billion is a scholarship from Oxford university.

He could also say that it was given to him to start ‘How to win a party election by fraud’ schools.

If none of those work; Kit Siang can always get advice from ‘Sad-Dick’, if he needs more ideas on what to do.

But what Lim Kit Siang will not be able to do is spend beyond what he earns as a politician as his as well as his family’s future expenditures will looked at under a financial microscope.

There seems to be only two (2) options for Kit Siang.

1. Emperor Lim Kit Siang can leave it as an inheritance for some future heir 5 generations down the line or…

2. Lim Kit Siang can throw Mahathir under the bus by saying that he accepted the bribe as some elaborate sting operation to prove what he had been saying all those years about Mahathir is true.

The only option he does not have with the reported RM1 Billion total from Mahathir in exchange for the Pakatan Harapan chairmanship position and a safe seat for Mukhriz Mahathir to contest is spending it.

Any unusual spending will only invite financial proctologist to open pandora’s box!

Lim Kit Siang’s New Mantra; Show Me the Money!

It appears that Lim Kit Siang has a new mantra; show me the money; and it’s a RM 1Billion mantra that raises questions that needs to be addressed.

After all, if he and his ilk can raise questions about money Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak is supposed to have then it is only fare that he be subjected the same scrutiny.

Malaysia Today blogger Raja Petra Kamarudin (RPK) has written a post titled “Mahathir Bribed Kit Siang RM 1 Billion To Become Pakatan’s Chairman.”

It is a very juicy read that now only covers Tun Mahathir wanting Lim Kit Siang’s DAP-led Pakatan opposition’s chairmanship post; but that he also wanted a safe seat for Mukhriz to contest in the upcoming general election.

The things RM 1Billion will buy you these days.

Tun Mahathir knows that Mukhriz does not have what it takes to win a seat on his own merit so Mahathir wants one gift wrapped.  Now Mahathir wanting a safe seat for Mukhriz should not come as a surprise as he always wanted and still wants Mukhriz to have an easy path to Putrajaya.

What the story of the RM 1 Billion bribe tells us is that squeaky clean Pakatan Harapan is not as squeaky clean as Lim Guan Eng tries to portray; case in point; Lim Guan Eng and his bungalow scandal.

Now that the Lim Kit Siang and Tun Mahathir’s deal has been leaked; what will they do?

At some point both Lim Kit Siang and Tun Mahathir have to address allegation or even sue, if what was written about the bribe is not true.

And there is another problem.  If Lim Kit Siang contests in Penang due to his son’s imprisonment and Mukhriz ends up contesting Gelang Patah, then everyone will know that it is not a coincidence.  In fact, any safe seat Lim Kit Siang gives Mukhriz for all of his hard work for DAP-led Pakatan will be viewed as part of that RM1 Billion bribe.

Lim Kit Siang had better prepare to answer an avalanche of questions; where the burden of proof will be on him to prove whether the allegation about him accepting a RM1 Billion bribe is false.

Now it is becoming clearer why Lim Kit Siang has changed his stance on Tun Mahathir; he has adopted a ‘mantra’ found in the movie Jerry Maguire; ‘Show Me The Money’!

Pakatan’s Post GE14 Economic Plan; Empty Promises and Beer Festivals!

Pakatan seems to have finally forged their post 14th general election economic plan. It consists of making empty promises and hosting beer festivals to bring in revenue.

On the flip side, we have world leaders (US President Trump and UK Prime Minister Theresa May) inviting Malaysia Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak to visit their nations.  There is even a Bloomberg report that states that both Malaysia and Hong Kong are the biggest Asian growth surprises.

Part of the report reads: (Bloomberg) The two nations received the largest upgrades for this year among major economies in the Asian Development Bank’s latest outlook released on Tuesday. Click the link below to read the full article.

The report comes on the heels of other economic successes that are bringing in investments from China, India, Japan and other nations.

In contrast to those accomplishments, Lim Kit Siang’s DAP-led Pakatan opposition can only make promises.  Some examples of these promises are:

Tun Mahathir promising to build another Proton

In a response to the above proposal, the communications and multimedia Datuk Salleh Said Keruak tells Mahathir to get real about ‘another Proton’.

In an attempt to lure the votes in Sarawak, DAP-led Pakatan is digging in their empty sack to for more empty promises; placing them under the guise of a new deal for Sarawak.

Read RPK’s ‘Does Mahathir think Sarawak is stupid’ response below.

Lim Kit Siang’s DAP-led Pakatan opposition has further their desperation by trying to bait the government into allowing a Beer fest of sorts to take place in Kuala Lumpur.  However, due to security and other concerns the doors are closed to this activity taking place in Kuala Lumpur.

Now the question becomes; will Selangor Menteri Besar welcome the Beer Fest in his area?  How can the Muslim components in Pakatan Harapan openly support this type of activity?

PAS president Datuk Seri Hadi Awang and the rest of PAS must be shaking their heads thinking; ‘they wanted us to be a party to this type of behavior’.

All things considered, it’s mind boggling how DAP-led Pakatan can criticize Najib for bringing in foreign investments when the only economic plan they have to offer Malaysians consists of empty promises and hosting beer festivals!
